Where we deliver
BigAboki fulfilment covers Lagos and Ogun. If you’re outside those states, say so early; we won’t pretend a quote is deliverable when it isn’t.
What we need from you
- Street / estate / landmark that a rider can find
- City and state
- Contact name and phone that will pick up
- Access notes (gate code, estate rules, “call on arrival”)
Incomplete addresses create delays that look like “the order is stuck” when it’s waiting on clarification.
Timing is operational, not magical
After payment, purchasing and dispatch take real time. Tracking updates as the order moves. Same-day miracles depend on item type, market conditions, and when you paid — we communicate rather than over-promise.
