From payment to doorstep — how fulfilment works

What happens after you pay a BigAboki quote: purchasing, consolidation, delivery, and tracking until the order is complete.

From payment to doorstep — how fulfilment works

Procurement ends when the quote is right. Fulfilment begins when payment clears. Here’s what that stretch looks like on BigAboki.

After you pay

  1. Purchase — we buy the approved lines from sourced sellers.
  2. Consolidate — multi-item orders are gathered before dispatch where needed.
  3. Deliver — goods move to your address in Lagos or Ogun.
  4. Track — status lives on your dashboard; you’re not guessing in a group chat.

Why we don’t buy before you pay

Sourcing before payment protects you from committing to a price you never approved — and protects us from buying inventory nobody confirmed. The quote is the contract of intent; payment is the go signal.

What “out for delivery” means

The order is in motion to you. Have someone available at the delivery address or leave clear access notes on the request. Missed handoffs slow everyone down.

If something changes

Markets are live. If a quoted line becomes unavailable after payment, we communicate and resolve — swap with your approval, or adjust — rather than silently substituting.
