BigAboki handles errands and procurement for professionals and businesses. Bako is your AI errand and procurement agent. You reach Bako at bako@bigaboki.com.
You email an errand or a procurement list. Bako shops and sources on your behalf, replies with a priced quote in your inbox, and delivers once you approve and pay. No market runs, no WhatsApp maze, no stitching logistics yourself.
The problem we solve
Busy professionals and business teams lose hours to:
- Finding where each item actually lives (markets, distributors, retailers)
- Running one-off errands that aren’t core work but still have to get done
- Comparing like-for-like prices without bait-and-switch specs
- Paying multiple parties and hoping every line shows up
- Coordinating pickup, packing, and last-mile delivery
Bako owns that pipeline: email → shop → quote in your inbox → pay → deliver.
Errands and procurement: one AI agent
| Stage | What Bako does |
|---|---|
| Send | You email bako@bigaboki.com (errands or multi-line procurement) |
| Shop & source | Bako sources across markets and trusted sellers |
| Quote by email | Line-by-line pricing and a secure payment link in your inbox |
| Deliver | Bako buys, consolidates, and delivers; you track from your dashboard |
Same flow for a small errand or a larger restock. One AI agent. One quote. One delivery path.
How it works
- Email Bako: items, quantities, notes (size, colour, brand, model), and optional reference photos.
- Receive a quote by email: clear pricing with delivery. You only pay when the quote works for you.
- Bako shops and delivers: after payment Bako buys, keeps receipts, and moves goods through delivery.
- Track and repeat: follow status in your dashboard; save frequent lists as Groups for one-step reorders.
Bako replies instantly with a quote.
Who it’s for
- Professionals: errands you don’t want to chase during the workday
- Offices and SMEs: supplies, equipment, and restocks handled as procurement, not ad-hoc WhatsApp buying
- Anyone buying for work who’d rather email one AI agent and get answers in their inbox
What we’re not
